RETURN POLICY
Returns happen! Here's what to do if something isn't perfect:
Please ensure all returned merchandise is unworn, unwashed, with all product tags & price tags intact. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date. We recommend you use a traceable carrier and insure your items to the full amount of the merchandise, as LANAI is not responsible for missing packages. Exchanges/refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
Refunds will only be issued for full-priced items. Fine Jewelry, swimwear, shoes & sale items are FINAL SALE.
We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet the above requirements.
