RETURNS

Returns happen!  Here's what to do if something isn't perfect:

Please ensure all returned merchandise is unworn, unwashed, with all product tags & price tags intact. 

Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery; please email hello@lanaitheshop.com to request a return label for a flat rate of $12. 

Items must be shipped back within 10 days of the original item delivery.  Exchanges/refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.

Refunds will only be issued for full-priced apparel.  Fine jewelry, swimwear, shoes & sale items are FINAL SALE.

We will refund your original form of payment for the purchase price of the merchandise minus a flat rate shipping cost ($12 for the contiguous USA; $35 for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Canada). We do not refund original shipping costs. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet the above requirements.
